What the statement says, and who signs

It’s a short page, signed by the translator or reviewing linguist who compared the full text and is competent in both languages.

We sign a short statement that says the translator named below translated the attached document, that the translation is complete and accurate to the best of their knowledge, and that they’re competent in both languages. It’s a signed statement, not a notarization, and it doesn’t come from a government or an accrediting body.

What it doesn’t promise: that any school, evaluator or office will take it. Some want something we don’t offer, so check their list first. If they ask for a notary or an apostille, we can’t help with that part.

  • The names as they appear in your passport, so we can spell them the same way

Handwritten pages, damaged scans and anything needing text extraction need a quote.
